It’s finally happening - the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) are implementing revised regulations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the ADA Amendments Act. These changes are significant and apply to employers, state and local governments, and public and private entities. Many of the new regulations became effective March 15, 2011, and others take effect next year. Are you ready?
